Against the backdrop of the continuous expansion of the Southeast Asian logistics market, our company has recently welcomed a group of logistics enterprise customers from Thailand. With the core needs of optimizing warehouse handling efficiency and reducing labor costs, they crossed borders to conduct an on-site inspection of our company. After gaining an in-depth understanding of our products, they signed an order on the spot, purchasing 25 electric forklifts in one go—marking a key milestone in our company's expansion into the Southeast Asian material handling market.

As soon as the Thai customers entered our production base, they were attracted by the automated production lines, strict quality inspection processes, and various forklift prototypes in the exhibition area. Under the guidance of our professional sales team, they focused on the operation demonstrations and performance parameters of the electric forklifts, initiating an in-depth understanding of the product.
This electric forklift of our company is specially designed for warehouse scenarios and has three core advantages. In terms of performance, it adopts a 48V high-capacity lithium battery, which can operate continuously for 8 hours on a single charge, meeting the daily warehouse turnover needs of Thai customers. With a rated load capacity of 3 tons and a lifting speed of 0.5m/s, it is 30% more efficient than traditional internal combustion forklifts. Moreover, its operating noise is below 65 decibels, making it suitable for the quiet environment of indoor warehouses. In terms of adaptability, targeting Thailand's high-temperature and high-humidity climate, the key components of the forklift adopt an IP54 protection rating. The motor and controller are equipped with heat dissipation systems, and after 500 hours of high-temperature environment testing, the failure rate is less than 0.5%. The tires are made of anti-slip and wear-resistant rubber, suitable for cement floors and slightly damaged roads in warehouses. In terms of operational convenience, it is equipped with a liquid crystal instrument panel that displays battery power, load capacity, and fault codes in real time. New operators can master basic operations within 1 hour. It also supports a USB charging port, facilitating operators to connect devices for data recording. Meanwhile, a Bluetooth module is reserved for subsequent access to the customer's Warehouse Management System (WMS).

During the communication, the Thai customers focused on three questions: first, the local procurement and replacement cycle of batteries; second, whether the forklifts are compatible with the shelf spacing (2.5 meters) in their existing warehouses; third, the after-sales response time. Our technical team answered them one by one: the batteries come with a 5-year warranty, and local partners can provide replacement services within 48 hours; the minimum turning radius of the forklift is only 2.1 meters, which is fully compatible with the 2.5-meter shelf spacing; there are after-sales service outlets in Bangkok, Thailand, and on-site service can be provided within 24 hours after a fault report, along with 3 free on-site maintenance services.
This order is not only a recognition of the quality of our electric forklifts by the Thai customer but also a verification of the adaptability of our material handling equipment in the Southeast Asian market. In the future, we will launch customized forklift configurations (such as shortened wheelbase and added side-shift devices) based on the warehouse scale of Southeast Asian customers, continuously deepen regional market cooperation, and enable more electric forklifts to contribute to the upgrading of local logistics efficiency.
